Bettina and Jan Willem Nelleke will perfom at the Lied Festival Zeist in The Netherlands May 14th 2022. The programme consists of works by women composers; Boulanger, Cramer, Bosmans, Greger a.o.
Bettina will perform with dutch pianist Jan Willem Nelleke in Breda, The Netherlands, April 24th 2022. The concert is organized by the organization Vrienden van het Lied. Works by Debussy, Boulanger, Bosmans, Nelleke and Haydn.
Bettina has been nominated Female Singer of the Year 2021 by Opus Klassik, Germany.
The CD “The Artist’s Secret” was released on LAWO-Classics in 2021. The repertory consists of rarely performed works by women composers.
Bettina appears as guest solist with Ensemble Musicae Celines, Sunday February 16th, Christinegård, Bergen, 14.00 hrs. Music by Caccini, Purcell, Lully and Haendel.
From the 19th until the 21st of November 2019, Bettina will record songs by women composers with the dutch pianist Jan Willem Nelleke.

First cross-country tryout of the opera “Rosetta’s Stone” by the Danish opera house “Operaen i Midten“.
On January 16th, 2015, mezzosoprano Bettina Smith and pianist Olivera Marinkovic performed the aria “Hippocampus Monologue” from the neuroscience opera “Rosetta’s Stone”. Bettina was singing in the Spinae Company studio Stord, Norway, while Oliveira was at the Operaen i Midten location in Denmark.
